Of these, 15,298 regulations have been publicly approved, while 2,521 regulations have not been made public.
Among the ministries with thousands of regulations, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development topped the list with 5,942 regulations updated and 5,772 publicly approved. In which, the Ministry has publicly approved all 165 administrative procedures; 182 technical standards and regulations; 290 requirements and conditions; 17 reporting modes; 21 prohibitions.
With specialized inspection procedures, the Ministry has publicized 22 procedures with 5,097 products and goods for specialized inspection, and 1 procedure with 170 products and goods for specialized inspection that has not been publicly approved.
Next is the Ministry of Transport with 2,890 regulations, has publicly approved 1,511 regulations including 413 administrative procedures; 142 standards and technical regulations; 208 requirements and conditions; 35 reporting modes; 27 specialized inspection procedures with 713 specialized inspection products and goods.
The number that has not been publicly approved mainly falls into specialized inspection procedures including 2 procedures with 1,348 products and goods subject to specialized inspection.
Ministry of Industry and Trade publicize 1,439/1,452 updated regulations (445 administrative procedures; 48 standards and technical regulations; 206 requirements and conditions; 179 reporting modes; 6 specialized inspection procedures with 561 products , specialized inspection goods).
This figure of the Ministry of Finance is 1,114/1.421 regulations and the Ministry of Health is 1,316/1317 regulations.

The updating of regulations related to business activities that are currently in effect on the Business Regulation Consultancy and Lookup Portal aims to ensure publicity, transparency, and at the same time uphold the responsibility of the head. state administrative agencies at all levels in implementing reform of these regulations.
This is also the goal of the project “Promoting Reform and Improving Connectivity of Small and Medium Enterprises (LinkSME)” implemented by USAID in support of the Government Office for the period 2018-2023.
