Furthermore, Gus Men appreciated the Xtra Conference which carried the theme Impactful and Joyful Learning. The work and programs of the Ministry of Religious Affairs’ Research and Development and Training Center should have an impact on organizational and community change in general, so the initiative to expand access to religious training for religious mass organizations should continue to be supported.

“The wider stakeholdersthen the training process must be further developed to be more enjoyable. Therefore, the message in this theme needs to be interpreted deeply so that it becomes a spirit to continue to provide a major impact of change for the organization and the people,” he said.
