Minister of Finance of Ukraine chairs the World Bank Board of Governors
The head of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine Serhiy Marchenko became the head of the board of governors of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). This was reported in the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
“Today, the governing member countries of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund elected the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Serhiy Marchenko, as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the IMF for 2023,” the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine reported on the Twitter social network (blocked in the Russian Federation).
