Ngoc Trinh and Minh Hang have lively and humorous sharing in the behind-the-scenes video clip of the Tet film “Sisters and sisters 2”. This is the first time the two have collaborated on the big screen and transformed into two beauties Ba Tra and Tu Nhi.
In the behind-the-scenes video clip, Ngoc Trinh said that on the first day of filming with Minh Hang, she had to act out the “elder” slap scene. Therefore, Ngoc Trinh apologized to Minh Hang first because she wanted to slap for real because she didn’t know how to slap technique and fake emotions wouldn’t work.
“I slapped Ms. Hang regarding 10 times, almost dropping a mole on her face. I slapped her so much that I left my handprint on her face. Actually, slapping Ms. Hang really liked it, so I slapped her very hard. I don’t understand why her face is so funny. On the set at that time it was very unpleasant, I wanted to slap it, but in return, I also said that when she slapped me back, I had to put my hand on it so that I might have feelings when acting “- Ngoc Trinh said.

When Minh Hang was curious to know if the scene where Ngoc Trinh chewed the debt in the movie was real or not, Ngoc Trinh admitted that in every scene, she didn’t know how to act. Therefore, when she had to swallow to speak, she still swallowed! To complete the role, Ngoc Trinh affirmed that she also dares to do anything. Minh Hang joked: “That’s right, Ngoc Trinh dares to swallow anything!”.
Minh Hang has more acting experience, so she taught Ngoc Trinh every scene, dance, and body movement. Ngoc Trinh expressed her admiration for Minh Hang, especially her ability to quickly role-play. According to Ngoc Trinh, Minh Hang wants to cry whenever he wants to cry, it only takes 30 seconds for tears to fall.

“Sisters and sisters 2” is inspired by the anecdote regarding Ba Tra, Tu Nhi, recreating the war for the position of the first beauty in Saigon in the 1930s. According to anecdotes, the character Ba Tra (Tran Ngoc Tra) ) was dubbed “Saigon’s great beauty”, “Saigon Star”… Meanwhile, Tu Nhi is a Khmer beauty who was mentored by Ba Tra but gradually became a competitor. The film will be released in Vietnamese cinemas from January 22 (January 1 of the Lunar New Year).
