With the disappointment of having once once more stayed in the final stretch of the Colombian championship, millionaires will face the second semester with the aim of achieving the long-awaited star 16.
In this order of ideas there have been some changes in the team, not only nominally but also institutionally.
As had been reported for several weeks, the ambassadorial cadre will suffer a heavy loss. A contractual relationship that lasted almost two decades ends, 16 years exactly.
As of July 1 this year, Pepsithe well-known brand of soft drinks, will cease to be the official sponsor of the club. Shocking news considering that both parties had been working together since 2006.
The breaking of this relationship means that the famous brand logo will be removed from the front of the shirt and will no longer have any link with the capital team.
Although there was much speculation regarding possible replacements, including foreign technology brands and even a renowned international airline, which the club denied in a statement, the chosen replacement is of national origin.
Andean Beera product of the Central Brewery of Colombia and Postobón, is the new sponsor of Millos y signed for the next three years (mid 2025). The condor logo on the shirt will debut precisely with the new clothing that Adidas provides to the albiazul team.
It is worth remembering that the brand has been sponsoring Colombian cycling and this will be its first foray into soccer.
through social networks, the fans thanked Pepsi for the accompaniment and support in the most difficult moments of the institution:
If I’m not wrong, the contract with Pepsi also ends today. They arrived at the most difficult time and have always been there until today.
