We had almost forgotten that one. A few hours ago the NBA decided on the Miles Bridges case and finally suspended him for 30 games. He was guilty of domestic violence on June 27.
He will have finally spent the season far from the floors, in any case from the basketball floors. After weeks, even months of legal investigations and talks, Miles Bridges walked away with three years on probation, so today the NBA delivered its own verdict with a decision to say the least. hazardous.

30 game suspension, why not, following all who are we to judge. But 30 matches, including 20… which would have potentially already taken place? When Miles Bridges was officially a player without a club all season? We are touching the realm of the ridiculous, and we may be touching the finger on the lack of legitimacy of a basketball league concerning a matter that has nothing to do with basketball.
So we’re going with a sanction that would be more like 10 games without pay, but at the moment Miles Bridges still doesn’t have a franchise so the verdict doesn’t really have… an impact on the life of anybody. We had to rule, the NBA ruled, period, without comment, and… let’s talk regarding basketball instead?
