Thanks to them, users will be able to organize events and add them to a common calendar so that all members of that community are aware of said date. They will also be able to share and store common documents and filter the shared content to access photos, videos, events and links.
Microsoft has indicated that administrators of these communities have the ability to control your settings, set guidelines and moderate the content in themas well as add and remove participants.
In case of adding events to the community calendar, administrators will also be able to carry out different actions depending on whether they are virtual, hybrid or face-to-face events. In this way, for ‘online’ meetings, they will be able to invite other participants to join and track attendance.
