Microsoft (MS) has released a new firmware for the entry-level Surface Go series.
In May, in ▲Surface Go ▲Surface Go2, following installing the update, the message ‘No bootable device’ popped up and the so-called ‘brick’ phenomenon occurred.
This firmware includes a fix for that problem. Only Surface Go models with eMMC storage are affected, so users of models with SSD storage are not eligible for the update.
