The free preview version of Microsoft Listsa task management application launched by the company in 2020, is now available to all usersso much on the Web as well as mobile operating systems (including, of course, iOS).

Previously available only to business and corporate users, and later to a select group of users with personal accounts, Lists can now be accessed by anyone with a Microsoft account.

With the app, which is a Microsoft 365 application, you can track information from other apps in the package and organize your work by creating and sharing lists with colleagues or any type of group of people.

Allowing you to log in with multiple accounts and easily switch between them, Lists has a series of ready-to-use templates, as well as allowing you to track and manage lists from anywhere and without much effort.

Allowing you to view recent and favorite lists, and customize display modes with classifications such as “filter” and “group”, the app allows you to edit lists and their respective items even offline.

In addition to being able to easily share lists, users also have strong collaborative features, being able to easily add other people so that they have access to their data saved in the app.
