Microsoft and Sem Parar team up to use an AI-powered automated service system

Since last Friday (4), Sem Parar started using the Azure OpenAI Service. According to the company specializing in automatic payment methods, the Microsoft platform will serve to improve the responsiveness and assertiveness of solutions for orders received in the digital customer service channel.

The integration of artificial intelligence will happen through Carol, the company’s virtual assistant, in the WhatsApp channel. The training of the AI ​​tool was done with more than 15 thousand interaction hypotheses and new training inserted during the project.

Adding new features to the Azure OpenAI Service allows Carol to answer customer questions in messenger in an intelligent and contextual way. The objective is to produce efficient and resolutive solutions, with a personalized and humanized language, with the reduction of the total time of contact with the client.

Carol’s beta version is available and comes to be an alternative to the other communication channels with Sem Parar’s customers – which will remain active. The success rate in answering the questions is over 90%, with the possibility of reaching 100% in several of them.
