Microsoft advises its users to update the “Windows” system

Microsoft has warned Windows users of the process of immediately applying security updates, in order to avoid vulnerabilities that may affect both Internet Explorer and Media Player.

According to a report published by the technical computerworld website, the new update works on all versions of Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9, where the vulnerabilities in versions 7,8.9 can provide an attacker to run malicious programs remotely at the user’s account through specially programmed web pages for this purpose.

The American company warned that this allows the hacker to be able to obtain the same permissions that the user obtains on the device.

The report added that the new update brings Internet Explorer 9 to version 9.0.5.

If the automatic update is enabled, the update will be installed automatically, but if it is not activated, the user must install the update manually, and Microsoft advises all users to activate the automatic update through the Control Panel under the System and Security tab and then Windows Update.

About a month ago, Microsoft has been testing a set of new features for Windows 11 systems, in order to make it more useful to users, as everyone got through the company’s beta version the Clipchamp application, through which they can edit videos.

Soon, this application will be included in the Microsoft 365 suite of services that the company announced earlier, but it will be different in terms of use from Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve applications, so technology experts expect the application to be easier to use and free from other complex features and additions.
