Together- Microsoft announced the start of testing new features in the popular Teams application for video communication.

According to Microsoft, one of the most prominent new features in the Teams application is the “sign language” feature, which allows people with special needs or those with hearing impairments to participate in group video calls and understand what is going on in them.

The company indicated that the user can activate the new feature with all his video calls and meetings, or activate it individually for a specific call.

To activate this feature, the user must enter the application settings through the “Settings and more” option, then the “Settings” option, then press the “Accessibility” or “Accessibility” option, and then the “Sign Language” option.

Microsoft also introduced a new section on the Accessibility option in its application settings, through which the owner of the video call can turn on the display of sign language by default, or pre-select preferred interpreters for meetings, and the display of sign language and direct annotations can also be turned on or off quickly.

Some websites have also indicated that the Teams app will get features for running Windows games.
