Michigan Muslim community opposes LGBT pornographic books in schools

After the Muslim community in Dearborn, Michigan protested the presence of several sexually explicit books in their school district’s libraries, the district decided to take decisive action. Again Daily Caller reports, the district has the books Red, White, and Royal Bluewhich contains sexually explicit LGBT scenes, and Push, which is regarding a girl who is sexually abused by her father, is completely removed from the school district. The district is still deciding whether This Book is Gaya sexually explicit LGBT memoir, and All Boys Aren’t Bluea book regarding a queer black boy that contains sexually explicit scenes, are to be removed.

The school district’s action came following the Muslim community protested the presence of the books at a school board meeting in October. Hassan Chami, a concerned Muslim activist and parent, told the Daily Caller News Foundation:

“The sexually explicit material in these books was just a catalyst that has sparked broader concern regarding the state of public education today and the position it is in, and that it is threatening the traditional partnership between parents and public education is. What we are seeing now is a grassroots movement of concerned parents trying to reassert their right to self-determined parenting for their children.”

This successful parent campaign points to a very important truth – the traditional Muslim community can be a powerful ally in the Kulturkampf once morest the radical LGBT and woke agendas. Evangelical Christians, Catholics, Orthodox Christians, and Orthodox Jews who have joined as brothers in the Culture Wars should seriously consider accepting traditional Muslims into their alliance. We need all the allies we can get in our fight once morest the combined might of Hollywood, big tech, big business, the media and academia.
