“He was convicted as the founder and leader of the criminal organization which, among other things, is responsible for the murder of Pavlos Fyssas, the attempted murder of the Egyptian fisherman Abuzid Ebarak and the attempted murder of PAME members in September 2013”, reports SYRIZA-PS, emphasizing that “it should be taken into account that he never made any statement in favor of the democratic authorities, while on the contrary he always maintained that his prosecution was political, he did not even recognize the judicial authorities, nor the democratic government in Greece”.
