The money seems to be running out for singer Michael Wendler (50), who is controversial because of his swearing. In Germany he owes the tax office regarding one million euros. Apparently, the money from him and his pregnant wife Laura Müller (22) is now also scarce in the USA.
The Wendler property is offered for sale on the Internet
The latest indication: his waterfront property (1040 square meters) in Punta Gorda is for sale.
He bought this in 2020 following selling the villa in Cape Coral for 767,000 euros (profit of around 400,000 euros) on the Peace River. Supposedly for 237,000 euros. Wendler is said not to have bought the land privately, but as president of the company “Peace River 2021 Inc.”

BILD learned: Wendler actually wanted to put a dream house on his property. A construction plan available to BILD and which he commissioned shows that he was planning to build a flat-roof bungalow with three bedrooms (two of them with a bathroom), large windows in the entrance area, a very spacious garage with three to four cars, master suite with a walk-in closet and a large loggia.
According to experts, the construction would have increased the value of the property with a boat dock to between 900 and 1 million euros. According to BILD information, Wendler even had a building permit. But instead of building now the sale.
