For 3 years, Michael Jackson chained hits, from “Bad” to “The Way You Make Me Feel”, via “Man In The Mirror”, “Dirty Diana”, “Smooth Criminal” and “Liberian Girl”. The first five singles all ranked #1 in sales in the United States upon release. A record never equaled. The disc, him, flows to more than 5 million copies the first week. A figure that now stands at more than 32 million copies. Along with ”Thriller”, ‘Bad’ is one of the best-selling records in history.
