MIC formalizes alliance with the cooperative sector to promote rural entrepreneurs

Asunción, IP Agency.- With the objective of promoting and articulating the development and competitiveness of Micro, small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs, the Vice Ministry of MSMEs and the Paraguayan Confederation of Rural Cooperatives signed a mutual cooperation agreement.

This agreement is made in order to promote entrepreneurship, facilitate business formalization and improve access to financing, investment and markets, especially for rural entrepreneurs.

The Vice Minister of Mipymes, Gustavo Giménez, highlighted the relevance of the alliance with the cooperative sector, which has a solid presence throughout the national territory, highlighting that this collaboration seeks to promote entrepreneurial culture, simplify the procedures for the formalization of Micro , small and medium-sized businesses and facilitate their financial inclusion.

He highlighted that the cooperative sector has the necessary infrastructure and knowledge to accompany entrepreneurs in their development and that the Ministry wants to contribute to making this process agile, digital and accessible.

He stressed the importance of working together to finalize an action plan that has a positive impact on the economic and social development of the country, especially in rural areas.

Giménez said that the Ministry of Industry and Commerce wants to reach the entire population of the country, with the objective of developing and promoting the formalization of our MSMEs, with the possibility of financial inclusion and access to new markets.

For her part, the president of the Confederation, Simona Cavazzutti, expressed satisfaction with the signing of the agreement and stressed the importance of offering comprehensive support to entrepreneurs and cooperatives throughout the country.

He stated that as a Confederation, it is essential to promote the formalization of work and facilitate access to the market. He indicated that this agreement represents a great opportunity to accompany associates on their path to business success.

He also reported that Concopar will continue to provide training, logistical assistance and support to entrepreneurs, seeking to make the path more accessible for those who want to start their own business.

The agreement between the Vice Ministry of MSMEs and the Paraguayan Confederation of Rural Cooperatives (Concopar) also contemplates the promotion of research, innovation and adoption of new technologies to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs and entrepreneurs associated with cooperatives.
