On December 11, Xiaomi held a new product launch conference for the Mi 13 series & MIUI 14. At the press conference, Wei Siqi, product manager of Xiaomi mobile phones, officially launched Xiaomi’s first desktop computer – Xiaomi Mini Host, with a starting price of 3,699 yuan.
In terms of appearance, the Mi Mini host is only the size of a palm. The main shell is made of a one-piece CNC aluminum alloy body with the Xiaomi logo on the top and dense honeycomb holes on both sides. It provides dual Thunderbolt 4 + dual HDMI ports. The appearance of the Mi Mini host is basically the same as that of the thin Intel NUC.
In terms of performance, the Mi Mini host is equipped with a 12th-generation Intel Core processor i5-1240P, which has 12 cores and 16 threads, and the highest Turbo Boost is 4.4GHz. The computer is equipped with 16GB Dual Channel DDR4 RAM + 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD, with 100W power supply, and runs Windows 11 operating system. The Mi Mini host supports functions such as maximum 40W performance release, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.
In terms of interfaces, the Mi Mini host provides a total of 3 USB 3.2 ports + 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports + HDMI 2.1 port + 2.5G network cable port + USB 2.0 port + 3.5mm headphone jack.
In terms of price, the version without operating system, RAM, and SSD is priced at 2799 yuan (regarding HK$3100/NT$12100), and the initial price of the version equipped with 16GB RAM + 512GB SSD is 3699 yuan (regarding HK$4090/NT$16000). .
