The measure was announced following closing 33 provisional stays on Wednesday and the end of Title 42 in the US, which officially expired this day.
The National Institute of Migration (INM) of Mexico ordered all its offices at the national level not to grant migrants any permit that authorizes their transit through the country, following admitting that the State does not have rooms for their accommodation, reports the press local.
The measure was announced following closing 33 provisional stays on Wednesday and the end of Title 42 in the US, which officially expired this day.
In this context, the INM warned that massive ransoms might become a violation of human rights “by not having a place to accommodate foreigners.”
