The authorities reported that cold front number 40 will produce strong winds with dust devils, rains and showers accompanied by electrical discharges in the northwest, north and northeast of the national territory.

There will be occasional heavy rains with hail and possible formation of whirlwinds or tornadoes in areas of Coahuila, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas; as well as the probability of snow or sleet in the mountains of Baja California, Sonora (north) and Chihuahua.

A low probability of rain is also expected over the west, center and south of the country, in addition to the Yucatan Peninsula.

In addition, a hot to very hot environment, with maximum temperatures that might exceed 40 degrees Celsius in Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán, Guerrero, Morelos, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Veracruz, Tabasco, Campeche and Yucatán.

For this weekend, maximum temperatures of 30 to 35 degrees Celsius are forecast in Mexico City, so if you are attending Vive Latino, it is recommended to use sunscreen and hydrate properly.
