Citizens affected by the hurricane intercepted the presidential van to request help for the loss of their homes, belongings and other damages.
Without getting out of the vehicle, the former Morenista assured that citizens will be helped.
When asked if she will tour the affected areas, Claudia Sheinbaum said that she will only meet with Guerrero authorities.
