Dr. Manar Ghanem added, during a phone call to “Extra News” channel: “In the fall, we begin to learn regarding different weather phenomena, and the beginning of rain falls on the coastal areas and the mountain ranges of the Red Sea and southern Upper Egypt, and the chances of rain begin to increase in the second half of the autumn season, and the season continues. She pointed out that in light of climatic changes, we began to be affected by the violence of weather phenomena, and we saw wild weather, stressing that we are preparing from now on to receive the autumn and winter seasons.
Regarding the possible climatic forecasts for the upcoming winter season, she said: We find rain in the second half of the autumn season, and in light of climatic changes, it is very difficult to predict long-range weather conditions. It is possible that unbridled weather episodes will occur, resulting in heavy rains.
