Asuncion, IP Agency.- The National Meteorological Directorate announces a cold day with mostly cloudy skies and southerly winds, as well as scattered showers.
This Saturday begins with rain in various parts of the country, which will continue intermittently throughout the day. The most intense rain, accompanied by occasional thunderstorms, will be concentrated in the northeast, east and part of the center of the Eastern region. In turn, in the rest of the country, it will be characterized by scattered rains of lesser intensity.
The weather will also be cold throughout the day, with maximum temperatures expected to be between 9 and 14 degrees in both regions, and winds from the south, which will cause lower temperatures.
Light rains are expected to continue tomorrow in the southeast, part of the center and east of the Oriental region, while the rest of the country will have intervals of sun and clouds.
Low temperatures are expected once more at dawn on Sunday in the southwest and part of the center of the Eastern region, as well as in the center and south of the Western region, with values fluctuating between 3 and 5 degrees, so the formation of frost is not ruled out occasionally in the areas with the lowest temperatures.
Gradual rise in temperatures
After several days of low temperatures, the Meteorological Office reports that starting next week the cold air mass will gradually move away from the country, giving way to the return of warm air and a gradual increase in temperatures.
