To end the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase 2022 in the best possible way, Mark Zuckerberg, the creator of Facebook and the Meta project, came in person to present to us the next big thing to come on the virtual reality headset Meta Quest 2 : a certain Ghostbusters VR!

Just when we thought the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase 2022 was over, now Marc Zuckerberg arrives unexpectedly to present the future of the Meta Quest 2 VR headset. He unveils a brand new project, namely Ghostbusters VRa game with a provisional title that offers fans of the saga the opportunity to dive into the universe of the films in order to hunt many ghosts as a team, up to four players. The objective here is to protect the city of San Francisco at all costs.
Entirely in the first person, we learn that the game will have a long campaign which will make many nods to the film franchise born in the 1980s.
Grab your proton blaster and don the Meta Quest 2 to enter the immersive world of Ghostbusters VR. Run your Ghostbusters HQ in a new city, San Francisco, and solve a deep mystery in a new chapter in the Ghostbusters universe.
Hunt down, eliminate and trap ghosts in captivating encounters while wielding iconic gear. Play alone, or team up with up to three friends in cooperative mode, in an expansive and captivating campaign. For the moment, the game is very mysterious and has not announced a release date, however, we already know that the production is developed by nDreams (Fracked), and that this same studio works in collaboration with Sony Pictures Virtual Reality and Ghost Corpos to best respect the universe of Ivan Reitman.
As a reminder, Ghostbusters VR is expected on Meta Quest 2. No announcement has been made regarding a PS VR version.
