PSG’s goals came from Neymar (9′), who also had three assists, Achraf Hakimi (26′), Marquinhos (38′) and Lionel Messi (80′, 86′) with a brace.
Austria U21 team player Muhammed Cham came on in the first 73 minutes of his Ligue 1 debut.
AS Monaco defeats Racing Strasbourg
“We have to break records. In all modesty, I came to Paris to win everything,” said the new PSG coach Christophe Galtier, setting out the route for the new season.
PSG rival AS Monaco had previously won 2-1 (1-0) at Racing Strasbourg. Krepin Diatta (43′) and Sofiane Diop (53′) scored the goals for the Monegasque.
