Merry Christmas 2024 starts in Venezuela this October 1

The president Nicolas Maduro confirmed that from October 1 to January 15, 2025, Merry Christmas will take place throughout the country.

We must be celebrating, enjoying and in a continuous party,” he said.

During the broadcast of the Con Maduro+ program, the president announced that the 540,000 cultists registered in the Great Mission “Long Live Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland” must take advantage of all the available spaces during Merry Christmas 2024.

In relation to the statements of the representatives of the Episcopal Conference of Venezuela (CEV), who expressed their “rejection” to the early Christmas in the country, the Venezuelan president spoke out on the matter.

“Some guys in cassocks came out to say that there would be no Christmas if they didn’t decree it, just as they did in the 2002 coup d’état. But no, you don’t decree anything, Christmas belongs to the people and they decide when and in what date they are,” said Maduro.

There are several events aimed at celebrating Christmas in an appropriate way, promoting brotherhood, peace and joy among the people.
