During the last summer transfer window, PSG offered the services of Manuel Ugarte, by offering a check for around €60M to Sporting. Asked regarding the transfer of the Uruguayan international, Edouard Cissé considered that the capital club had paid too high a sum to recruit him.

During an interview given to The team, Edouard Cisse took a position on the transfer of Manuel Ugarte (22 years old) PSG. And according to the former Parisian midfielder, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi should have paid a lower sum to complete the signing of the Uruguay international.
