Men’s giant slalom start list

After the women, the men will contest the giant slalom at the 2023 World Ski Championships in Courchevel/Meribel on Friday.

Downhill World Champion Marco Odermatt (SUI) will be the first to start the race, followed by Henrik Kristoffersen (NOR).

Schwarz and Feller in the top group

After that, Marco Schwarz is the first Austrian, following Loic Meillard (SUI) it is Manuel Feller’s turn. Alexis Pinturault (FRA) and Zan Kranjec (SLO) close the top group.

The defending champion on RTL is Mathieu Faivre, the Frenchman wears number nine. Parallel World Champion Alexander Schmid (GER) comes in 12th, Stefan Brennsteiner drew number 14.

As the last ÖSV athlete, Raphael Haaser contests the first run with number 18.

A total of 100 runners will start.
