Two men appeared at a community meeting, where they claimed to be part of the Gulf Clan. The subjects warned that they would begin a social cleansing.
The human rights defender and spokesperson for the Sumapaz Foundation, Óscar Yesid Zapata, expressed his concern regarding this warning, which is not new to Granada.
The defender called on the authorities to stop these alleged selective homicides by the armed structure.
It should be noted that municipalities such as Abejorral, San Carlos, San Luis and Cocorná have reported similar actions.

At least a thousand peasants and indigenous people remain confined to the municipalities of Segovia and Remedios due to the presence of armed groups.
