Members of the CNP Anzoátegui attended a cultural event in Caracas

The Board of Directors of the National College of Journalists, on the occasion of commemorating another year of the launch of Correo del Orinoco – the first printed medium conceived and directed by Simón Bolívar – gathered in Caracas a good part of the national and regional directors of the guild, with a view to participating in a cultural event. The representation of Anzoátegui attended this activity.

The event, which included a musical performance, took place in Ciudad Banesco, located in the Bello Monte sector of Caracas.

In the concert hall of the aforementioned institution, the Caracas Municipality’s string sextet performed several songs to the delight of the audience.

It also served as a showcase for Marcelino Bisbal, a renowned journalist and professor at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), to give a speech to all members on the importance of communicating.

Personalities

Representing the CNP Anzoátegui were its general secretary, Domingo Luis Díaz Mendoza, as well as directors Manuel Rangel and Oswaldo Sifontes.

The Anzoateguenses shared with Luis Manuel Escalante, Del Valle Canelón, and Tinedo Guía, who are part of the national headquarters of the CNP.
