The Municipality of Aegialia welcoming its young and old friends
Music announces the start of its Choral Ensembles and educational sections under the direction of conductor and piano teacher Bessys Nassi.
1. Musical games. The department is aimed at children aged 4-7 who want to
discover music through play. Through musical fairy tales
their imagination takes off and their artistic nature emerges. Music, fairy tales, movement, dance, rhythm contribute to the cultivation of children’s creative thinking and help them to channel their obvious need for expression.
It operates every Saturday 10.30-11.30 at the Cultural Center of Aigio “Alekos
Megaris”. Monthly cost of participation 1st child 10 euros, 2nd child 5 euros, 3rd child
free.

2. Children’s and Youth Choir of Aegialia. Department of Aegis. The melodic voice of the young people of Aegialia has been sounding fresh and strong for 17 years, covering a wide range of Greek and foreign repertoire. He has recorded participation in events with important artists such as Myronas Stratis (2011), Dimitris Bassis (2012), Vassilis Lekkas (2013), Fotini Darra and Dimitris Papadimitriou (2014), Kostas Makedonas (2016), Stefanos Korkolis and Sofia Manousaki (2018), Manolis Mitsias and Maria Farandouri (2023). Also presence at National anniversaries, Christmas Park and many independent themed concerts.
Her activity has been shown in the media of Achaia as well as in TV stations of Panhellenic scope.
Rehearsals take place every Saturday 11.30-13.00 at the Cultural Center of Aegis “Alekos Megaris”. Monthly participation fee 1st child 10
euros, 2nd child 5 euros, 3rd child free.

3.Switch Section. Since 2008, a generation of children has already been raised and continues
dynamically. Rehearsals will take place every Saturday 16.30-18.00 in the Spiritual center of Diakoptos. Monthly cost of participation 1st child 10 euros, 2nd child 5 euros, 3rd child free.
