In its edition with one more day, the event occupied two pavilions, with two stages and two conference rooms, in addition to pocket shows, product launches and workshops.

With a total of 8,500 m² of occupied surface, the event offered an ideal space for networking, product experimentation and the launch of new technologies, further strengthening the South American music and audiovisual market.

Conecta+ Music & Market It has been consolidated as the space for the development of our sector. More than an exhibition of services and products, this event is a meeting point where human connections are strengthened, generating collaborations that will mark the future of the market,” said Daniel Neves, president of ANAFIMA and creator of Conecta+.

Official opening and notable presences

The opening ceremony was attended by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Márcio Tavares; the president of Yamaha Musical do Brasil, Kentaro Hayashi, as well as several personalities from the political and television world, such as the journalist and presenter Geraldo Luis, who visited the stands on the exhibition floor. “The growth of Conecta+ reflects the development of the music market in Brazil and throughout South America,” commented Kentaro Hayashi.

Exhibitors increase participation and sophistication

This edition’s exhibitors impressed with sophisticated setups and environments designed to offer an immersive experience. “Our company’s sales channels are already consolidated and Conecta+ brought the opportunity to personally show our equipment to end users,” said Alexandro de Azevedo, CEO of Audio-Technica Brazil.

The event also marked the debut of several brands, such as Audio-Technica, dBTechnologies and American LED. Eduardo Quintero, new business manager at dBTechnologies, commented on his experience: “It was a great event for us. We hope to bring more models and audio systems next year.”

Handmade and artisanal manufacturing

The Handmade space, always busy, highlighted artisanal production with brands such as Atlanti Guitars, Heag Custom and Pedrone. New exhibitors were also present, including Maples Brasil and Pinheiro Guitars, bringing innovation to the manual manufacturing sector. The area featured the Music Spot stage and the Handmade Talks room, which offered shows and lectures during all days of the event.

One of the highlights was the participation of international exhibitors, such as the Argentine companies O Guitars and KWC Cables. “We are happy to be here and present our products to the Brazilian public,” said Nicanor Gobi, one of the representatives of O Guitars.

Conferences and influencers

The lecture program at the Handmade Talks and Chiquinha Gonzaga halls attracted a large number of attendees, with topics ranging from copyright to mixing and post-production. Among the speakers were Clemente Magalhães and Bozzo Barreti, who spoke about musical creation and digital marketing strategies.

In addition, influencers and ambassadors helped give visibility to the event, creating live content and promoting interactions with the public through social networks and podcasts recorded live, as was the case with Is We TV, which organized a special series called “Conecta+ Podcast”.

“I am very happy to have participated as a speaker at Conecta+,” said Déborah Sztajnberg, university professor and lawyer, who was part of the copyright panel. “The talk and comments from the people were sensational. The fair has established itself as one of the main events in the sector. The exchange that takes place here is very important for the market: suppliers, services, conferences, fairs and much more.”

International participation

The Chinese companies sector was one of the most active, with the presence of brands of musical instruments and lighting systems. Names such as Golden Century, DJ Power and Foshan Hongy presented a wide variety of products, winning over the public with competitive prices. Many exhibitors in this area managed to sell all their exhibit items before the fair closed.

“We are happy to be here and hope to participate again in 2025,” commented Theresa, IVTWO representative.

Connect+ 2025

The next edition of Conecta+ already has a scheduled date: between September 18 and 21, 2025. The event promises to bring even more news and expand its relevance on the international scene. “We are always looking to improve the experience of participants and exhibitors. In 2025 we will offer an even larger fair,” commented Rosângela Ferreira, general manager of Música & Mercado.

Hoping to grow even more, Conecta+ Música & Mercado continues to be the main meeting point for music and audio professionals and enthusiasts in South America.
