In an unexpected alliance, Melania Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have reportedly teamed up in a campaign aimed at overhauling the dietary habits of Donald Trump.

The president-elect’s notorious fast food cravings are well-documented, particularly his remarkable 2,400-calorie McDonald’s order, which typically includes two Big Macs and two Fillet-O-Fish sandwiches, all washed down with a large chocolate milkshake.

Adding a humorous twist to his campaign efforts, he even donned an apron and took a brief turn manning the fryer at a local McDonald’s last month, much to the amusement of onlookers.

Currently, Melania and the individual selected by Trump to serve as Health and Human Services Secretary, RFK Jr., are reportedly collaborating to persuade the president-elect to replace his fast food favorites with healthier options, suggesting that he swap his beloved French fries for vibrant French beans.

“RFK Jr. and Melania are ‘ganging up’ on the President-elect to eat in a more healthy way,” a source disclosed to Page Six.

“Think fewer Big Macs and less KFC, and more lean protein, salad and veggies for energy and to improve his overall well-being.”

Melania is said to be taking a proactive role in enhancing her husband’s nutrition, often preparing family dinners at Trump Tower for both the president and their teenage son, Barron,” as mentioned by the source.

“She’s also encouraging him to make healthier choices,” the insider added, highlighting her influence over the family’s eating habits.

They emphasized: “Melania famously watches every bite she takes… She has also guided their son’s eating habits since he was a toddler.”

However, not everyone in Trump’s circle agrees with this assessment. Another insider dismissed the idea as “nonsense,” stating, “Trump eats whatever he wants.”

Earlier last week, RFK Jr. was appointed by Trump as the head of the Health and Human Services Department, giving him oversight of the National Institutes of Health, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, among others.

The former independent presidential candidate has already expressed intentions to tackle issues such as processed foods in school lunches and is committed to removing toxic chemicals from the food supply, advocating for his initiative named MAHA (Make America Healthy Again).

A source divulged to Page Six that during a recent photo-op featuring Trump, his eldest son, and “First Buddy,” the scene was merely a light-hearted prank directed at RFK Jr., who is fervently dedicated to promoting healthy living free of processed foods.

“He hates fast food. He probably didn’t eat it,” the source added, shedding light on RFK Jr.’s personal dietary preferences.
