Medicine invites the XXI Congress on transplants

With 43 conferences, 1 master conference, 1 panel, 1 webinar, 1 knowledge contest, 1 poster contest and face-to-face workshops given by Mexican and foreign doctors, the XXI International Congress of Medicine will be held from May 3 to 6 ” Updates on Transplants and Organ Donation. A second chance at life”, organized by the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí (UASLP).

In an interview, Isaac Andrade Puente and Marcela Güemez, 5th year students of the Medical Surgeon degree, invited their university classmates, as well as students from other schools or doctors interested in the subject, to register and participate in the event that will be mostly virtual, with the exception of the workshops that will be face-to-face.

They pointed out that, for the event, on this occasion they have the support of the Ministry of Health, CENATRA, Mexican Society of Transplants, State Health Services, Ignacio Morones Prieto Central Hospital, CETRA and the Potosina Society of Physicians in Training .

They pointed out that the master conferences will be given by doctors: Eusermin Gámez Gómez, Guillermo Careaga Reyna, Guillermo Ruiz Argüelles, Jaime Escárcega Preciado, José Salvador Aburto Morales, Martín Iglesias Morales, Rodrigo López Falcony and Mara Medeiros.

Those interested in participating must make a registration along with an inscription where they will have to make a payment of the corresponding fee. For undergraduate students the cost will be $350; $500 for residents, general practitioners and health personnel and $800 for specialist physicians.
