With regard to the results as such, the proclamation rate for this second test is 12.86%, lower than the success rate (17.25%) due to too many people not residing in Belgium who passed the exam.
To avoid too many registrations of non-residents, the latter cannot represent more than 30% of the registered. When this proportion is exceeded in terms of success, which was the case this time, only those who are classified in useful order – who have obtained the best marks – are finally authorized to register. Thus, 160 non-residents were declared laureates while 343 had met the success criteria.
Almost half of the people who showed up (43.34%) did not live in Belgium. A large majority (80%) of candidates had already tried their luck in July and women were twice as numerous as men.
