Anayeni Rodríguez was subjected to a surgical intervention in it Calpulalpan General Hospitalin Tlaxcalawhich belongs to the system IMSS-Wellness. There was victim of medical negligence on the part of a Cuban specialist who placed “twisted wires” on his arm and screws that caused pain and infections.

The specialist involved in this negligence is part of the group of doctors y nurses of Cuba that have arrived in Mexico thanks to the administration of Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador and that it represents for the federal government and for that of Mexico City a disbursement superior to the 150 million pesos.
