“We heard your feedback about accidental purchases, and we’re sorry!” said those responsible for Fall Guys. “We are improving the design of the store to avoid this. All cosmetic refund requests from June 21, 2022 will be honored until we improve the store.”

As expressed through platforms such as Redditthe recent problems with the store Fall Guys that some users have experienced are various and range from the aforementioned automatic purchase without confirmation to the disappearance of Show Bucks, the game’s currency.

Therefore, Mediatonic’s response was not only necessary for the affected players, but also something important for the reputation of the game that was recently transformed with quite successful in a free-to-play title.
