How to redeem the lottery prize?
If you are lucky enough to be the top winner of the draw, you must present the certificate of Single Tax Registry (RUT) issued by the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs (DIAN) and a copy of the citizenship card.
It should be noted that the winner will not receive the full amount of money because the DIAN will deduct part of the amount won in the lottery. This small discount established in the Tax Statute corresponds to 20% of the prize, in addition to the discount derived from the financial tax known as 4 x 1000 of the gross value.
