MEB Solutions Exhibition event arrives at Japan House SP in September and Mitsubishi Electric brings immersive experience to São Paulo
Mitsubishi Electric Brasil, part of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, one of the world leaders in the manufacture, marketing and sale of global electrical and electronic equipment, holds the 2024 edition of the MEB Solutions Exhibition from September 24 to 28, the fifth event in the series, with an immersive experience in technology and sustainability.
The event, known until 2022 as the Total Solution Exhibition, gains more attractions and, once again, takes place at Japan House SP, an institution that, in partnership with Mitsubishi Electric Brasil, has the LEED seal for energy efficiency.
During the five-day event, open to the public and free of charge, visitors will be able to learn about the rich history of the century-old Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and Mitsubishi Electric Brasil, which began its operations in the country in the 1970s, through LED panels, which cover everything from the beginning of the company’s activities to the present day.
Mitsubishi collaborative robot
Collaborative robot will play tic-tac-toe
The public will also be able to interact and play tic-tac-toe with a collaborative robot, learn about industrial automation technologies such as CNC (computerized numerical control systems) used to produce a multitude of everyday items, having contact with the company’s products in an interactive display, and learn how Mitsubishi Electric technologies are used in society, mainly in the Food and Beverage, Utilities, industrial and commercial facilities, and industry in general sectors.
The MEB Solutions Exhibition program also includes lectures by company experts and guests, on an immersive stage, who will explore topics such as robotics, industrial automation, sustainability and business, showing how technology is transforming society.
Fabiano Lourenço, President of Mitsubishi Electric Brazil, emphasizes that “the event is an opportunity to exchange experiences and present to a wider audience how technologies used in many sectors contribute to increasing productivity using fewer resources and being more sustainable. It is also a chance for students to interact with a collaborative robot, learn about the company’s rich history and interact with high-tech equipment. In this way, we hope to help awaken interest in technology and industrial automation among the general public, such as teenagers and young people.”
