Hey guys! All good? Today I’m going to talk regarding a dish that everyone loves: Meatballs! yes, those meat balls that can be served with Tomato Sauceno noodlein sandwiches or even as a snack.

So, let’s make a meatball today? Here are some preparation tips:

  1. Choose the right meat: choose ground meat that is fresh and low in fat, to prevent the meatballs from becoming too heavy and greasy.
  2. Add spices: onion, garlic and parsley are essential to flavor the meatballs. Also try adding grated Parmesan cheese or black pepper to make them even tastier.
  3. Use a little bread or breadcrumbs: this helps to give the meatballs consistency and prevents them from falling apart when frying or cooking.
  4. Model the meatballs: use your hands to model the meat balls in the desired size. A tip is to moisten your hands with a little water to prevent the meat from sticking.
