MDS program procedures are now available on the Paraguay Portal

Asuncion, IP Agency.- New online procedures are available to citizens for users of the Tekoporã, Tekoha and Pescadores programs of the Ministry of Social Development (MDS). This innovation is carried out with the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (Mitic), within the framework of the Digital Agenda Support Program.

According to the Mitic report, these services are already online, through the Paraguay Portal, both in its web version www.paraguay.gov.py as in the mobile app available for iOS and Android.

In this way, citizens can access procedures remotely, without having to travel to the offices of the Ministry of Social Development.

Health Program: You may request entry into the program, make inquiries about your status, or access certificates of non-membership or disengagement.

Environmental Program: You have the option to request the Cancellation of Payments, the Titling of the Land or carry out procedures such as Registration, Reconsideration, Consultations and Disengagement. In addition, you can request no objection for the construction of housing.

Fishermen Program: You may request exclusion or non-belonging to the program, as well as various notes and surveys from the Ministry of Social Development.

In addition, the creation of the Electronic Identity is carried out in simple steps from the Paraguay Portal, in the “Create your Electronic Identity” section. This section guides the user step by step, completing personal data, which includes a photograph of the ID card, as well as the answer to validation questions.

All data provided is only to validate that the person enters their real identity data and has complete security in the process.

If the citizen fails to answer the validation questions correctly or has any other problem, the request is verified by Mitic, who responds within the next 24 hours to enable the profile.

It is important to note that this process is free of charge, is done in person and completely online, without the need to bring documents to the institution.
