According to Yonhap News on the 18th, Seoul Jongam Police Station booked Heo on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act (drunk driving) and obstructing the execution of official duties. He was caught, but he is charged with escaping without complying with the request to stop.
The police, who were pursuing Mr. Heo, arrested him regarding 4 hours later, around 2 am that day.
As a result of a breathalyzer test, it was reported that Heo’s blood alcohol level was at the level of license revocation (0.08% or more).
The police sent Mr. Heo home following a breathalyzer test, and plans to call Mr. Heo once more soon to investigate the details of the crime.
