Al-Marsad newspaper: MBC Group announced the prospectus for offering 33.25 million of its shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange (TASI).
The period for registering applications for participating categories and the process of building the order book begins on November 30, 2023, and continues for 7 days, ending on December 6, 2023. As for the offering period, it begins on December 14, 2023, and continues for 5 days, ending on December 18, 2023.
According to the prospectus, 10% of the shares will be sold to individual investors, and 90% to institutional investors.
The bulletin stated that the company’s current capital amounts to 2.992 billion riyals, distributed among the current number of shares: 299.25 million shares.
