The Ethics Commission and the Discipline Commission of the FRMF have cracked down. They took out their legal arsenal to take a series of sanctions. The 27th day left its mark.
Several inappropriate behaviors, even obscene, have created controversy around vulgarity, obscenity, lack of civility and responsibility, even around the educational, intellectual and communicative level of the actors of our Botola.
It is to put an end to such excesses that a new punitive legal arsenal will emerge in the coming days. The proposals are in the process of being adopted. In the meantime, Axel Maye, Jalal Daoudi, Mohammed Nahiri, Tagnaouti and the very restless Ait Menna pay the first expenses.
Here are respectively the two press releases from the Ethics Commission and the Central Disciplinary Commission of the FRMF:
1-The FRMF Ethics Commission met and decided the following:
- - Fine once morest Mr. Hicham Ait Menna in the order of 50,000 dirhams.
- - Suspension of Mohammed Nahiri, player of Raja Club Athletic (RCA), for a match with a fine of 30,000 dirhams.
- - Suspension of Réda Tagnaouti, player of Wydad Athletic Club (WAC), for one match with a fine of 30,000 dirhams.
2-The Central Disciplinary Commission met and decided the following:
- – Suspension of Axel Maye player of the IRT for the rest of the matches of the season accompanied by a fine of 150,000 dirhams following his unsportsmanlike act towards the public during the match once morest Youssoufia Club de Bercchid (CAYB), according to articles 85 and 76 of the disciplinary code.
- Suspension of Omar Azmani, assistant coach of CAYB, for two firm matches accompanied by a fine of 4,000 dirhams following his expulsion during the match once morest the IRT, according to articles 85 and 76 of the disciplinary code.
- Suspension of Abdelmoutaleb Faouzi, IRT player, for one match following his expulsion during the match once morest CAYB (art 53.2 of the disciplinary code).
- Fine of 30,000 dirhams once morest the IRT following its supporters used smoke bombs during the match once morest CAYB (case of recidivism), according to article 105 of the disciplinary code.
- Suspension of Jalal Daoudi, WAC player, two firm matches accompanied by a fine of 20,000 dirhams for bad behavior following the match once morest RSB, according to article 85 of the disciplinary code.
- Fine of 50,000 dirhams once morest WAC following its supporters used smoke bombs which led to the suspension of the match once morest RSB for one minute (case of recidivism), according to article 105 of the disciplinary code.
- Suspension of Mohamed El Makaâzi, RCA player, for two matches, including a suspended sentence following his expulsion during the match once morest OCS (art 85 of the disciplinary code).
- Fine of 30,000 dirhams once morest the Olympique Club de Khouribga (OCK) following its supporters used smoke bombs during the match once morest HUSA (art 105 of the disciplinary code).
