After the first meeting with his cabinet, the president-elect Gabriel Boric confirmed this Saturday that ruled out living in the commune of San Miguel due to security issues.
Consulted by the neighbors who came to the so-called “Small Coin”, the president-elect indicated that he would have liked to live in the commune of the south central zone of Santiago, but “there is a security issue in the houses” that ended up ruling out that option.
Regarding residing in another sector of the capital, Boric assured that are looking for another home but indicated that he still does not know where he might live at the time of assuming as President of the Republic next March 11.
“We are still looking we have not found houses, maybe it is in another commune“, He said.
For his part, the president-elect positively valued the first meeting with his cabinet. In addition, he pointed out that it is important to feel part of the same project, which has generated a “great epic” among future ministers.
“I think that feeling part of the same project and permanently remembering what we owe to the people of Chile ggenerates a collective epic that will allow us to have a very good government“, he expressed.
