As promised, I will answer questions from the comments. They write – it’s not clear what kind of exercise – uploaded a photo.
Why this particular exercise?
– Almost all muscles are involved.
– Does not depend on the weather (like walking or running).
– Can be combined with watching TV or listening to audiobooks.
– No sports equipment needed (expander, dumbbells).
How to change the load and achieve maximum effect?
– You can do it relaxed, or you can clearly fix every movement with muscle tension.
– In both cases, you can do both slowly, with a break of 1-3 seconds, and quickly without a break.
– You can perform gradually, each movement separately: pull up your legs, raise your arms and move the stick through your legs.
– The maximum load is obtained with the synchronous movement of arms and legs – at the same time you start moving your arms and legs, and at the same time you stop at the end point.
– Additionally, following returning to the starting position (before the next execution), I sometimes focus on the heels and shoulder blades for 2-3 seconds. (see penultimate photo).
If someone wants to repeat, I want to warn you, the exercise is not easy and it may not work right away. In this case, you can try not with a stick, but, for example, with such a pipe:
How did you end up eating less?
When I started exercising, I pulled myself up, began to feel better and more cheerful. There was an incentive to be more active. And you can’t do this exercise with a full stomach.
Note. From sweet (chocolate, sweets, cookies) did not refuse. Otherwise, there would not be enough strength to do it.
Everything I write, I have tested on myself. And now this is my way of life. And I love it.
“Healthy” in my understanding:
1. Don’t overeat.
2. Physical activity (any physical exercise) – 1-2 hours a day with a load of no more than 15-50% of the maximum. To fully recover by the next day.
I read many articles on the Internet regarding “healthy lifestyle” (regarding nutrition, regarding fitness, regarding losing weight). I decided to systematize this and compare it with my lifestyle and the concept of “healthy lifestyle” – I will tell you in the next post.
