The Attorney General of Mexico City (FGJ-CDMX) served an arrest warrant for the crime of illicit enrichment and sent to the North Prison to Nelson Francisco Toledobrother of the former Coyoacán delegate, Mauricio Toledo.
The former public servant of the past administration was located in the streets of the Culhuacán CTM neighborhood, mayor Coyoacanfor which the order granted by a control judge to the agent of the Public Ministry of the Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation of Crimes Committed by Public Servants was complied with.
The detectives notified the man of the court order, and transferred him to agency 50 of the Central Investigation Prosecutor’s Office, where he was medically certified to be admitted to the North Men’s Preventive Prisonwhere required by a Control Judge.

Chile grants extradition of Mauricio Toledo
Like his brother, the former federal deputy, Mauricio ToledoHe is accused of corruption and illicit enrichment.

On December 24, 2021, the chili court approved the extradition of the former Coyoacán delegate, Mauricio Toledo, so that he faces justice with the capital authorities who require him for an arrest warrant for illicit enrichment. The resolution was signed by Minister Mauricio Silva Cancino.
