Matina Pagoni: If Demi Georgiou had done this, she would have been saved – 2024-07-24 10:49:57

The chronicle that led to the death of Demi Georgiou and the critical moments that could have turned it around.

Demi Georgiou passed away suddenly, from septic shock, and her death took everyone by surprise. Matina Pagoni, speaking on the Action Now show, explained what led Demi Georgiou to her death and what she should have done to save her life.

“We deal with septic shock when the patient goes to the hospital in time. Unfortunately, this girl was infirm and didn’t know it, so she took a leave of absence and stayed home. They found her in a coma, took her to the Paros Health Center and then intubated her at the General State Hospital of Nicaea.

“The girl was sitting at home because she wasn’t feeling well. He had to go to a doctor. Because if he did the first tests, some things would show up. This was not done in one day, it was several days.

You don’t die from just any germ. It depends on what germ it is, how many days it’s been, what symptoms you have, how you treated them and all that. If he had gone to the Health Center and had tests and taken antibiotics, he would have been saved.”
