Mathieu :

It’s more rewarding to do things in their true form, to do things from A to Z because that way you have more connection with the product. If I was thrown off balance, it’s because molecular cuisine is something I did years ago and it never really connected with me. I was lost during the ordeal and I didn’t have enough time to think. I say bravo to Danny because he succeeded in destabilizing me and that was the goal.

That’s why the defeat was not so hard, I was able to be with Jacques immediately. I had the easiest defeat of Top Boss because I had instant support. If I had been alone, I would have thought of my brother, I would have had hatred and in fact, not at all! It’s without hard feelings and congratulations to Hugo and Danny!
