A new round of South American Qualifiers will take place in November 2024, ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, to be played in Canada, the United States and Mexico. In the new round, five matches will be played that will allow the teams to earn points.

Colombia vs. Ecuador
Colombia will face Ecuador on November 19 in the Colombian city of Barranquilla. The time and place are yet to be determined, according to the FIFA calendar.
